Entry Acceptance Rules
Number of Bottles Required Per Entry: 3
Each entry for the competition requires three bottles.
The key attribute for the bottles is they must fit in a standard 12 ounce long neck case box!
You are also required to submit the Entry Form that prints with your bottle labels. We need the entry form to log your entries into this system.
To ensure anonymity of the entrants, we require that bottles be standard 12 ounce or 333 ml green or brown bottles with all paper or ink labels removed. Cans are not allowed. Smaller bottles are allowed for Meads only. Standard homebrew caps accepted (gold, silver, solid color, stars or stripes). Any lettering or graphics on the caps should be completely obscured with black ink. Traditional “long-neck” style bottles are encouraged, while bottles with Grolsch-type swing tops and unusually shaped bottles are not allowed. Corked bottles meeting the above restrictions are acceptable; however, you must crimp a crown cap over the cork. Bottles not meeting these requirements will be disqualified. Brown bottles are encouraged for maximum protection from light. All bottles must be clean with a properly completed entry label attached (generated at registraion) by a rubber band. DO NOT TAPE OR GLUE ON BOTTLE LABELS as this will result in immediate disqualification without a refund!
